PETROSOL Ghana Limited, Doyen Institute forge strategic security partnership.

Accra, July 28, GNA – PETROSOL Platinum Energy Limited and the Doyen Institute of Intelligence and Investigations on Monday signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding to enhance PETROSOL’s internal security and integrity controls.

The strategic alliance positions PETROSOL to quietly strengthen its systems and protocols that underpins fuel quality, transaction integrity, and staff accountability.

Under the agreement, Doyen Institute would ensure thorough vetting of new and existing staff to ensure integrity and reduce insider-risk and unannounced inspections at fuel stations to detect and deter fraudulent activity in real time.

It would ensure that “every litre sold, and every cedi paid truly reflects the value customers expect.”

Doyen Institute would also undertake forensic investigations ensuring detailed analysis of records and systems to uncover and address internal fraud and theft.

The MoU, signed at the PETROSOL’S East Legon offices in Accra, formalises a partnership focused on several key discreet safeguards to ensuring transparency and accountability.

Mr. Michael Bozumbil, the Chief Executive Officer of PETROSOL Platinum Energy Limited remarked: “Safeguarding our operations and customer trust is paramount.

He was of firm belief that the collaboration would set a new standard for security in Ghana’s petroleum sector.

The partnership underscored the hands-on approach both organizations would take as they roll out security enhancements across the Petrosol’s network.

The strategic partnership between the two organisations would ensure more transparent, secure and rewarding fueling experience, setting a new benchmark for customer value in Ghana’s petroleum sector.

Some key personalities in attendance at the signing ceremony included Mr Isaac Debezor, Retail Audit Manager of PETROSOL; Mr Alex Doku, Operations Manager of Doyen Institute; and Ms Eugenia Seade, Acting Head of Administration and Corporate Relations at Doyen Institute.
